    Our office is currently seeking candidates for an Athletic Trainer position. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of clinical experience, preferably in a sports medicine/ orthopedic office. This athletic trainer will work with different club and school teams and be a liaison between the patient, the doctor, or their support staff, and the coaches. Strong communication skills are a must as AT will constantly communicate with patients, clinicians, and other physicians.

    The athletic trainer will work with several different club sports programs in the area and act as a liaison between patient athletes and physicians. They will visit programs during practices hours and cover events and games.

    SportsMED is seeking an experienced X-Ray Tech to fill a part-time need in our new Urgent Care. Hours for this role will be Monday - Friday, 3p-7p, and a rotating schedule on Saturdays from 8a-12p. This is an autonomous role where the selected candidate will be the only tech in the Urgent Care during the scheduled hours.

    Job Description
    - The Radiology Technician performs radiographic and other diagnostic imaging procedures to assist providers in the diagnosis of injuries and disease
    - Greet each patient, verify identity at each encounter, explain procedures to be performed, and address patient questions and concerns in a kind and caring manner
    - Prepare and position the patient for diagnostic imaging procedures
    - Practice radiation protection techniques to minimize radiation to patients and staff
    - Process images and review for proper identification and quality control

    Our office is looking for a “rock star” medical assistant in our surgical physician department. Our ideal candidate would have some clinical experience, preferably in orthopedics. This staff member will assist with patient care in a clinical setting. Responsibilities include scheduling/pre-certing tests, drawing up injections, answering medically related questions from incoming patients, coaches and other physicians. In addition, they will assist our surgeon with in-office procedures including ultrasound and fitting DME.

    Description General Summary of Duties: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the clinic, as set forth by the physician, to ensure good patient relations and care.
    Typical Physical Demands: Requires gross and fine motor skills to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, pull, squat and reach. Also requires normal visual acuity and hearing. Typical Working Conditions: Work in a clinical office environment with frequent contact with patients.
