Some insurance plans require a referral in order to see a specialist. It is responsibility of the patient to know their requirements and to obtain any and all required insurance plan/PCP referrals prior to your visit.

- You have had previous surgery on the body part you would like to be seen for
- VA Insurance
- This is a Workers Compensation Case
- You want to schedule with Dr. Johnson and have NO MRI
- Want to schedule with Dr. Walker
The following insurances require a PCP referral for scheduling. If you have one of these insurances, or your insurance plan requires a referral to see a specialist, it is your responsibility to obtain any and all required PCP referrals prior to your appointment or we will not be able to se you.
