Edward “Tripp” Ference III is specialized in physical medicine and rehabilitation, with a focus in interventional spine medicine.
Dr. Ference obtained both his undergraduate degree and his medical degree from University of Alabama at Birmingham. After graduating with his medical degree, Dr. Ference completed an Internal Medicine internship at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC.
Following his internship, he completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at Carolinas Rehabilitation in Charlotte, NC. Most recently, Dr. Ference completed an Interventional Spine Fellowship at OrthoCarolina in Charlotte, NC.
Dr. Ference has many interests, including enjoys soccer, running, and traveling with his wife, son and dog.
